Shipping Policy

NUARA ships across Canada from Toronto. Orders of $65 and over ship free; below that, a flat $8. Local pickup at 1430 Gerrard St E, Toronto is free: choose Pickup at checkout and wait for the ready email before coming by.

Until launch (early 2027), products are sold as pre-orders or listed as Notify me; pre-ordered items ship as soon as stock arrives, and every product page states its expected window. After launch, in-stock orders leave within 2 business days. A tracking number is emailed for every shipment.
