Returns and Refunds

Unopened and unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics, skincare, lashes and press-on sets that have been worn cannot be returned; this protects every customer.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items: email hello@nuara.ca within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace or refund, including shipping.

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the shipping notice is sent. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's; pickup returns at the salon are free. Refunds are processed within 10 days of the return arriving.
