Privacy Policy

NUARA (sole proprietorship, Toronto, Canada) collects only what running the store requires: your name, contact details, shipping address, order history, and, if you join the list, your email preferences.

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and its providers; NUARA never sees or stores full card numbers. Email marketing is consent-based: you joined a list or checked a box, every email carries a working unsubscribe, and unsubscribing is honoured immediately.

We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone. Service providers we share data with, strictly to operate the store: Shopify (store and checkout), our email platform, and shipping carriers (delivery). Data is retained as long as needed for orders, tax and legal records, then deleted.

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion of what the law does not require us to keep: hello@nuara.ca. This store is not directed at children under 13. We comply with Canadian privacy law including PIPEDA and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation. Policy updates are posted on this page with a revised date.
