Find your size
Sixty seconds now saves a mis-sized box later. Most press-on kits are cut for an average nail bed. If your nails run narrow, the closest size in an average box is a little too wide — it bridges your nail instead of hugging it, and by day two it slides. Our size runs are weighted toward the narrow end, so knowing your number tells you on day one whether your sizes are in the box.
Measure with a card
You need no tools you don't already carry. Hold a bank or transit card to your thumbnail: the short edge of any card is 54 mm, and a quarter is 24 mm across. Measure your widest nail, straight across the widest point, in millimetres. Do the same for your thumb and your pinky — three numbers describe your whole hand better than any small-medium-large guess.
Your bucket
- Under 10 mm — Petite
- 10 to 11 mm — Narrow
- 11 to 12 mm — Standard
- 12 to 13 mm — Standard
- Over 13 mm — Wide
Our runs are weighted toward the narrow end — that is the founding claim of the line. The exact size distribution of each set is finalized with the October measurements, and we will publish it plainly when it is.
Save your fit
The one-minute Fit Profile — where your size is saved to your email so launch day starts with it — arrives on this page before launch. Until it does: read the full Size Guide, or email your three numbers to hello@nuara.ca and a person will map you against our chart and answer plainly.
Launch is early 2027. Join the list from the bottom of any page for 15% off your first order and first pick of the hand-finished bridal sets.
